All CHANGTANGI scarves and stoles are made from pure pashmina cashmere, sourced directly from the Changthang plateau. Three sizes — for different ways of wearing and different moments in your day.
The fibre is hand-combed on the plateau. Spinning and weaving happen at our partner mill in Pathankot, on semi-automatic looms, at a mill employing more than 40 people.

Generous and enveloping. Wide enough to wrap around the shoulders or spread over your knees.
All measurements taken flat and unstretched. Variations of one to two centimetres are normal.

If you know the recipient prefers a more generous wrap, go for the Stole. For a compact gift for a man, the Small Scarf is the natural choice.

A note on feel
Pure pashmina cashmere is naturally soft and doesn't scratch. The fibres measure under 15 microns — considerably finer than conventional cashmere at around 18.
New pieces may feel slightly firm at first. With each wear and gentle wash, the cashmere softens and becomes more supple over time.
Pashmina cashmere is delicate and rewards gentle care. Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent, or dry clean. Never wring or tumble dry.
